My husband and I have both had a few prophetic dreams that I believe will happen in 2024 and beyond that point. Basically, my husband saw back to back wildfires and tornadoes that seemed to be mingled together happening in the west, mountainous regions, like California. While I believe that this will be literal, tornadoes can also symbolize spiritual warfare, judgment, trial, witchcraft; or great or violent destruction. The fires also are probably literal, but fire is also used as a refining, cleansing agent.
Recently, the Lord was impressing what John, the Baptist, said in Matthew chapter three on my heart:
Then Jerusalem, all Judea, and all the region around the Jordan went out to him and were baptized by him in the Jordan, confessing their sins. But when he saw many of the Pharisees and Sadducees coming to his baptism, he said to them, “Brood of vipers! Who warned you to flee from the wrath to come? Therefore bear fruits worthy of repentance, and do not think to say to yourselves, “We have Abraham as our father.’ For I say to you that God is able to raise up children to Abraham from these stones. “And even now the axe is laid to the root of the trees. Therefore every tree which does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire. I indeed baptize you with water unto repentance, but He who is coming after me is mightier than I, whose sandals I am not worthy to carry, He will baptize you with the Holy Spirit and fire. His winnowing fan is in His hand, and He will thoroughly clean out His threshing floor, and gather His wheat into the barn; but He will burn up the chaff with unquenchable fire.” Matthew 3:5-12, NKJ
I believe we are on the brink of a great outpouring of the Holy Spirit, which will be instrumental in bringing in the harvest, but the Lord is going to clean up His church. Repent means to change your heart and mind and to turn away from your sins. The Lord is going to remove leaders who think they can continue to live sinful lifestyles and he will remove the chaff from the lives of His people and burn it up with His holy fire. I Peter, chapter one says: Therefore gird up the loins of your mind, be sober, and rest your hope fully upon the grace that is to be brought to you at the revelation of Jesus Christ; as obedient children, not conforming yourselves to the former lusts, as in your ignorance; but as He who called you is holy, you also be holy in all your conduct, because it is written, “Be holy, for I am holy.” And if you call on the Father, who without partiality judges according to each one’s work, conduct yourselves throughout the time of your stay here in fear; knowing that you were not redeemed with corruptible things, like silver or gold, from your aimless conduct received by tradition from your fathers, but with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot. I Peter 1:13-19, NKJ
We are saved by grace, but God wants His people to live holy lives and be examples and fit representatives for Him. I believe the Lord is going to restore the reverential fear of the Lord to His people. I will share more dreams next time concerning the harvest and shaking events that I believe are coming also, which will be instrumental in bringing in the harvest. God bless you all.
